Simon & Alison Lane

Lane Associates Ltd were established in 2002 by husband and wife team Simon and Alison Lane. Both share a background of Project Management within commercial manufacturing organisations.

Simon has a number of years experience in property renovation and property refurbishment in both the UK and France, while Alison brings to the partnership a lifelong love of interior decoration and room design.

French Background & French Property Renovation Experience

Simon's experience of France began at an early age - he was educated in France and now has over 30 years experience of French culture, French procedure and, perhaps most importantly, the language!

Lane Associates Ltd was born out of the couple's experiences while living in France, where they ran a successful property renovation and refurbishment business before returning to the UK in 2004.

The Lanes recognised a real need for bi-lingual experts in the property renovation and refurbishment field able to assist UK based property buyers. Our services include written and spoken negotiations on the Client's behalf, with both professional bodies and French artisans.
