RATES

GENERAL BUILDING WORK
  • Lane Associates Ltd are happy to provide you with a free of charge quotation for all of your small building works.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • £25.00 per hour or part thereof
SITE VISIT
  • £25.00 per hour or part thereof including travel time to and from meeting
  • Car travel expenses: £0.35 per mile or part thereof
  • Other travel expenses will be invoiced at cost
OFFICE BASED GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
  • £25.00 per hour or part thereof
  • This rate includes all correspondence, telephone calls, stationery and postage.
NOTES:
  • Quotations for General building work will show their own payment terms.


  • Tasks carried out such as an Initial Site Visit, and any 'one off' General Administration work will be invoiced on completion.


  • Ongoing work will be billed on a monthly basis. You will be sent a Statement of Account specifying all actions (and their timings) carried out during the relevant period and any funds paid in advance. This will be accompanied by an Invoice.


  • All invoices are due for payment upon receipt.


  • Lane Associates Ltd is not a VAT registered company.
